1. Agreement
By accessing WealthOS, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Digital products
All courses are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. By buying, you acknowledge that you are accessing a digital good immediately and waive your right of withdrawal where applicable under EU consumer law.
3. License
You receive a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to access purchased courses. You may not redistribute, resell, or share course content.
4. No income guarantees
WealthOS provides educational content. We make no guarantees about income, profits, or results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, skill, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.
5. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the content — financial, business, or otherwise. Trading and investing carry risk of loss. Always do your own research.
6. Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including content piracy, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
